This comprehensive intake session includes detailed history, goal setting, and your first phase of recommendations.

1-hour acupuncture visit (often scheduled in 30-minute increments)

1-hour functional medicine consult, uninterrupted acupuncture session, abdominal massage, or craniosacral therapy

1.5-hour functional medicine consult, uninterrupted acupuncture session, abdominal massage, or craniosacral therapy

2-hour uninterrupted functional medicine consult (including lab analysis), abdominal massage, or craniosacral therapy
